Remedy Healer ("we", "us", "our") operates remedyhealer.com, an independent natural health publication founded in Sri Lanka. We publish evidence-reviewed articles on herbs, nutrients, traditional remedies and wellness, along with interactive features such as our Ayurvedic dosha quiz and the Arjuna AI wellness chat. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the site and the choices you have.

You can read everything on this site without creating an account or telling us your name. The dosha quiz
Answers you select in our Ayurvedic dosha quiz are processed in your browser to generate suggestions and are not stored on our servers.
Arjuna — our AI wellness chat
The site offers an AI chat assistant ("Arjuna"). Messages you type into the chat are transmitted to our AI service provider in order to generate a response. Please treat the chat like any online form: do not include sensitive personal information such as your full name, contact details, or detailed personal medical history. Arjuna provides general educational information only — it is not a doctor and its responses are not medical advice.
